The only guarantee
When your payment clears and your takeover is published, your brand name, link and paid amount are entered into the public bid record on brandahuman.com, ranked by amount against every other paid bid, and kept there for at least 12 months from the publication date. That is the product you are buying. Everything else on this site is presentation, and presentation can change.

You pay the full amount, up front.
A takeover is a one-off payment by card through Stripe. Your bid must be at least $5 above the current live amount. Nothing is held in escrow and there is no bidding war after the fact — the amount you pay is your bid.

Payment publishes automatically.
There is no manual approval queue. When Stripe confirms payment and your amount still clears the live price, your logo and bid publish immediately. If another payment wins the space before yours settles, yours is automatically refunded. Prohibited content may be removed after publication under the Terms.

You are buying a position in the bid record.
Once published, your brand, your link and your amount are listed publicly, ranked against every other paid bid. Higher amount, higher rank. That record is kept for at least 12 months. This is the product. Everything else is how we choose to show it.

You stay on top until someone pays more.
There is no closing date. Another brand can take a space at any time by paying more than you did. When that happens, you keep your position in the record at the amount you paid, and the new brand takes the visual placement. Being outbid is not a defect and is not refundable.

The garment, the photos, the 3D view and the prints are experimental.
Caps, tees, sleeves, trousers, shoes, renders, timelapses, milestone shirts and every other format on this site are marketing we are actively iterating on. We do our best to show every live brand well, but we may resize, move, re-render, redesign or drop any format at any time, including the one you bought a space on. We do not guarantee any specific placement, size, view, image, print, or physical object.

No refunds once it is live.
The moment your takeover is published and listed, it is consumed. There is no refund, credit, partial refund or chargeback for being outbid, for a format changing, for a render you do not like, for a logo that looks different than expected, for traffic you did not get, or for any change of mind. If you are not sure, do not pay.
What you get
- A public entry in the bid record: brand, link, amount, rank.
- Kept live for at least 12 months from publication.
- Ranked strictly by amount paid, no editorial ordering.
- An automatic refund if your paid checkout is already stale when it settles.
What you do not get
- A guaranteed spot on any garment, photo, render or print.
- A guaranteed size, view, or placement of your logo.
- Any traffic, clicks, impressions or sales.
- A refund, credit or chargeback after publication — for any reason.
